Dallas brings to Mason Martin Homes 8 years experience in Customer Service as a Service Manager in the RV industry. He has a strong background in Business Management and Team building. His goal at Mason Martin Homes is to enhance our customer’s building experience while ensuring our trades, suppliers and our team members work in harmony to deliver the best New Home available. Dallas is committed to providing the highest value through our BuiltGreen program for everyone investing in a new Mason Martin Home.

Dallas was born and raised in Red Deer. He is very involved in the Central Alberta community coaching/ volunteering for a variety of sports. He is a proud father of 3 children with his wife Jill.

Russell Adams

Construction Manager

Russ has been an integral part of Mason Martin Homes since 1990. He has developed strong business relationships with trades, suppliers, and land developers within Central Alberta. Russ became one of the youngest people to achieve his Master Home Builder Certification in 1997 and has also completed the Building on Alberta Soils and the Moisture Control Technician certifications through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. He regularly attends CHBACA Builder’s Information sessions for the latest industry developments. Russ has worked in all facets of the company with his main focus being the Management of Construction Department. Outside of developing a very impressive work resume, Russ enjoys hitting the links, camping, and spending time with his family.

Jim Lowen

Senior Service Technician

A Journeyman Carpenter for over 38+ years, Jim has been working with Mason Martin Homes since 2005. As a Service Technician, Jim is present on possession day of a new home to address all carpentry repairs including paint touch ups and drywall repairs. He also performs service repairs during the first year of warranty. Jim has worked in the construction industry for over thirty years. When Jim isn’t working to ensure your home looks beautiful, he enjoys golfing and camping.

Mason Martin Homes’ In-House Designer, Andrew has been surrounded by the construction industry his entire life. With an Architectural Technologist Degree, Andrew has been a part of the Mason Martin Homes team since 2006. Meeting with every single client, Andrew makes certain that each home is customized to the client’s individual needs and tastes, ensuring every house becomes a place to call home.

Alberta New Home Warranty Program

The Program offers deposit protection, builder performance protection, structural integrity and first year warranty protection to home buyers as well as mediation, conciliation and arbitration procedures. In addition to providing warranty services, The Alberta New Home Warranty Program also initiates programs to enhance performance and build technical expertise amongst builders. It also acts as a resource to home buyers, providing relevant information relating to the purchase and maintenance of a new home or condominium.

The Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta (PHBIA) has always been committed to conducting its activities according to high standards of honesty, integrity and the law. This Code has been adopted by the Board of Directors to ensure there is a clear understanding of the standards to be followed by directors, officers and employees. PHBIA also expects its advisers, contractors and suppliers to meet comparable standards.
